This Mâcon-Villages has a pretty pale gold hue. Rich nose of citrus, yellow fruits
and white flowers. The palate is well-balanced, combining freshness and fleshiness,
followed by a lsaline finish

Ideal as an aperitive, it is also an excellent accompaniment to shellfish such as
scallops, veal, poultry,sushis and risotto. Recommended serving temperature: 13°C
